Recipes Vegetarian steak tartare

Ingredients

  • 4 balls of mozzarella, chopped
  • 4 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp gherkins
  • 8 tbsp Manna Préparée Americain
  • 2 tbsp tomato concentrate
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs or panko
  • Pepper – salt

Other ingredients:

  • Brown baguette
  • A few gherkins
  • Finely chopped red onion
  • A few leaves of arugula

 

Preparation

  • Put the pieces of mozzarella together with the shallots, capers and gherkins in the chopper or blender.
  • Add the Préparée Americain sauce, tomato concentrate, balsamic vinegar and breadcrumbs.
  • Blend to form a smooth spread.
  • Season the spread with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the baguette into slices.
  • Spread the slices of baguette with the veggie tartare.
  • Garnish with a few gherkins, finely chopped red onion and a few leaves of arugula.
