Recipes Spaghetti carbonara with spinach and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Manna Carbonara (500 g)
  • 500 g spaghetti
  • 200 g spinach
  • 250 g Button mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese
  • butter

 

Preparation:

  • Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  • Slice the mushrooms and wash the spinach.
  • Melt a knob of butter in a pot and sauté the mushrooms and spinach in it.
  • Then add the carbonara sauce and stir everything well together.
  • Drain the spaghetti and divide it over several plates.
  • Spoon a generous amount of the carbonara sauce over it.
  • Garnish the pasta with some finely chopped leaves of spinach and Parmesan cheese.
