Ingredients

• 750 gr minced chicken
• 18 tbsp Manna Barbecue Sauce
• 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• Pepper – salt

Other ingredients:

• Hot dog buns
• A few lettuce leaves
• Fried onions

Preparation

• Roll the chicken mince into small balls.
• Boil them in water.
• Place the balls in a bowl and add the barbecue sauce and parsley.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Warm the hot dog buns briefly in the oven.
• Slice them open and fill with lettuce and the meatballs.
• Garnish with fried onions.
