Recipes Tacos con carne

Ingredients

  • 400 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • Sour cream

 

Preparation

  • Cut the red onions into half-rings and put them in a bowl.
  • Add the sugar and white wine vinegar.
  • Allow to marinate.
  • Heat the bolognese sauce in a pan on the stove.
  • Add the corn, beans and taco seasoning.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes and the romaine lettuce into strips.
  • Place a generous spoonful of the bolognese sauce on the tortillas.
  • Top with some romaine lettuce and avocado cubes.
  • Then scatter some red onion on top and finish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh cilantro leaves.
