Recipes Pasta with scampi in a tomato cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 jar of Manna Tomagrec (365 g)
  • 400 g pasta
  • 20 scampi
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 250 ml cream
  • a few basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Parmesan cheese
  • pepper - salt
  • olive oil

 

Preparation:

  • Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water.
  • Peel the scampi, devein and sauté in a bit of olive oil.
  • Sauté the shallots and the garlic.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes and briefly cook.
  • Now add the Tomagrec and the cream.
  • Stir to form a creamy sauce.
  • Season with fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and mix it with the scampi and sauce.
  • Divide the pasta over four plates.
  • Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and basil
