Sandwich with beef carpaccio and truffle mayonnaise
- 4 wholegrain mini baguettes
- 8 Tbsp. truffle mayonnaise
- 100g mixed salad greens
- 12 slices beef carpaccio
- 12 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- Parmesan cheese
- Pepper & Salt
- Slice the baguettes open. Spread both top and bottom with the Manna truffle mayonnaise.
- Then garnish the bottom half with the greens, beef carpaccio, sun-dried tomatoes and the pine nuts.
- Season with pepper and salt and finish with grated Parmesan cheese.
