Recipes Gnocchi with bolognese sauce and spinach


  • 350 gr Manna Bolognese Sauce
  • 250 g young spinach leaves
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • A few leaves of fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt



  • Boil the gnocchi in salted water.
  • Pour off water and allow to thoroughly drain.
  • Heat a bit of olive oil in a large pan on the stove.
  • Add the spinach leaves and allow to wilt.
  • Then add the bolognese sauce and the gnocchi.
  • Stir everything well together and transfer everything in an ovenproof casserole dish.
  • Cut the mozzarella balls into pieces and divide over the gnocchi.
  • Put the casserole dish in the oven under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted nicely golden brown.
  • Garnish with finely chopped basil before serving.
