Recipes Tuscan tuna salad


  • 400 g canned tuna, drained
  • 4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 16 tbsp Manna Andalouse sauce
  • 32 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 32 black olives, finely chopped
  • 8 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Pepper – salt

Other ingredients:

  • Italian buns
  • A few leaves of arugula
  • A few pieces of sun-dried tomato
  • A few slices of olive
  • Finely chopped red onion



  • Place the tuna in a large bowl.
  • Add finely chopped onion, Andalouse sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and finely chopped basil.
  • Mix well together.
  • Season the tuna salad with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Slice open the Italian buns.
  • Top them with the tuna salad.
  • Garnish the sandwiches with a few leaves of arugula, extra sun-dried tomatoes, olives and some red onion.
