Recipes Lasagne with Vegetarian Bolognese

  • 1 jar of Manna Vegetarian Bolognese
  • 1 pack of dried lasagne sheets
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • For the béchamel sauce: 50 g butter / 50 g flour / 350 ml milk / 1 pinch nutmeg, pepper and salt



  • First make the béchamel sauce.
  • Melt the butter in a pan on the stove.
  • Add the flour and let it brown for a while.
  • Now gradually add the milk and stir into a smooth sauce.
  • Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Take a large bowl and put a layer of Manna Vegetarian Bolognese on the bottom.
  • Cover the layer of vegetarian bolognese sauce with a few lasagne sheets.
  • Spoon a layer of bechamel sauce over this and cover again with a few lasagne sheets.
  • Repeat until the vegetarian bolognese sauce and béchamel sauce are completely used up.
  • Finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  • Bake the lasagne in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
