Ingredients

Preparation

Around 20 minutes of preparation

  1. Start by baking the bacon on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the onions into half-rings and sauté them in a generous knob of butter until translucent. Reduce the heat to low and let them caramelize with the maple syrup. Once the onions are ready, remove them from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, add more butter and place it over high heat. Season the meat on both sides sear it briefly and vigorously in the pan. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes afterward.
  4. During those 5 minutes, briefly toast the buns in the hot pan. Slice the meat into thin strips.
  5. Start with a layer of pepper sauce, followed by onions. Top with a generous amount of ch'easy sauce and the meat. Enjoy!
