Recipes Pita with grilled chicken

 Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Manna Pita Sauce
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g red cabbage
  • 1 avocado
  • chicken seasoning, pepper & salt
  • 100 g lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 carrots

 

Preparation

  • Cut the chicken fillets into small strips.
  • Dice the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrots and avocado and grate the red cabbage.
  • Heat the pita bread in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
  • Add olive oil to the pan and heat.
  • Sauté the chicken until golden brown and add chicken seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the pita breads open and fill them with the vegetables and chicken.
  • Serve with Manna pita sauce.
