Recipes Chicken in coconut curry sauce with rice

  • 1 jar of Manna Chinese Curry (360 g)
  • 1 dash of wok oil
  • 400 g chicken fillet, diced
  • 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
  • 400 g wok vegetables (bell pepper, soybean sprouts, leek, carrot, …)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 250 g rice
  • a few leaves of fresh cilantro
  • sesame seeds as garnish



  • Heat a dash of wok oil in a wok on the stove.
  • Sprinkle the diced chicken with the chicken seasoning and sauté in the oil until golden brown.
  • Then add the wok vegetables and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add the Chinese Curry and the coconut milk and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
  • Cook the rice until tender.
  • Divide the rice over four bowls.
  • Spoon over the chicken and curry-coconut sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
