Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Manna Mayonnaise
  • 8 thick slices of bread
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 head of lettuce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

Preparation

  • Fry the bacon until crispy in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Cut 8 thick slices of bread.
  • Slice the red onion, tomatoes and avocados.
  • Spread a thick layer of Manna Mayonnaise on both slices of bread.
  • Put the vegetables and the pieces of bacon between the slices of bread.
