Recipes Turkey pesto salad


  • 750 gr turkey fillets
  • 2 handfuls of basil leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 150 gr grated parmesan cheese
  • 150 gr toasted pine nuts
  • 75ml olive oil
  • 10 tbsp Manna mayonnaise
  • Pepper – salt

Other ingredients:

  • Bagels
  • Some arugula leaves
  • A few pieces of sun-dried tomato



  • Sauté the turkey fillets in a bit of olive oil.
  • Then cut them into cubes and allow to cool.
  • Put the basil leaves, garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and a dash of olive oil in the blender.
  • Blend until smooth pesto. Tip: You can also use ready-made pesto.
  • Mix the pesto with the mayonnaise.
  • Season additionally with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the bagels.
  • Top them with arugula leaves and the turkey pesto salad.
  • Garnish with pieces of sun-dried tomato.
