Recipes Puff pastries with Vegetarian Bolognese


  • 4 tbsp Manna Vegetarian Bolognese
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 egg yolk



  • Roll out the sheet of puff pastry and spread it with the Manna Vegetarian Bolognese.
  • Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces and divide them over the sauce.
  • Then sprinkle with the grated cheese and basil leaves.
  • Now roll up the puff pastry and slice into rounds of +- 1 cm thickness.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush the outside with a layer of egg yolk.
  • Then bake the rolls for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
