  • 1 jar of Manna Bolognese sauce (690 g)
  • olive oil
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 36 wonton wrappers
  • 2 balls of mozzarella



  • Take a muffin tin and grease the cavities with a thin layer of olive oil.
  • Take two wonton wrappers and place them perpendicular to each other (so that they make the shape of a star).
  • Arrange the sheets nicely in one of the muffin cups.
  • Now scoop in a spoonful of the Manna Bolognese sauce and place a slice of mozzarella on top.
  • Sprinkle with a thin layer of grated cheese and place a wonton wrapper on top.
  • Spoon another spoonful of Manna Bolognese sauce on top and finish with grated cheese.
  • Repeat until the muffin tin is completely filled.
  • Now bake the mini lasagnes for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • Serve with fresh basil leaves.
